1940 Packard Victoria, once owned by Maybelline Founder.
Founder of the Maybelline Company, Tom Lyle Williams, 1940 Packard Victoria, now part of the Bill Snyder collection, in Southern California.
I will be hooking up with Bill's son Steve Snyder of VAULT CARS, in March, to make a mini-documentary, on the History of this magnificent one of a kind classic car.
